Sarah has always loved working with people. She completed a BSc in Marketing in 2010 before traveling and working overseas for several years. After returning to Ireland, Sarah knew that she wanted to work as a Life Coach and completed an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching and her Coaching practice began there. She is professionally accredited and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Sarah loves to learn and over the years has completed numerous courses to add to her knowledge in social care, health, fitness and wellness. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Social Studies, Diploma in Psychology, Diploma as Pilates Instructor Professional, Diploma in Educational Psychology, NLP Practitioner Certificate and an Advanced Diploma in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Sarah’s main focus as a Holistic Life and Wellness Coach is taking all the areas that are important to the individual and seeing where they can improve to achieve homeostasis. Sarah believes there is no one fits all approach to working with anyone and therefore, each plan is carefully tailored to suit the client.

Sarah is a passionate yogi and focuses a great deal of emphasis on the importance of movement with her clients. She is currently working towards her Yoga Teacher Qualification.

Sarah does sessions on an individual, couple and group basis, both in person and on Skype.

She conducts workshops and retreats and these will be announced via the website.
